friendly staff simple check-in solid decor
I found the front staff very friendly. Check-in and check-out were simple processes. The room had excellent soundproofing, a real plus for restful nights. I admired the solid decor. It felt both modern and functional.
Hallways were somewhat dark on the way to the room. The carpets in those areas showed wear.

The room provided comfortable bedding, assuring a restful sleep. It included climate control. The system maintained a steady temperature. The bathroom had a rainfall shower and provided ample towels.

The hotel offered close proximity to the subway. This gave convenient access to various parts of the area. A bagel shop was located right outside. Breakfast options were always easily accessible. The Barclays Center was within walking distance.

Acceptable Stay but Issues Exist
The location was acceptable for my purposes.
The shower head caused issues. It was positioned very high. The water pressure was limited, so rinsing off was difficult.

I adored the lively lobby bar. It was the perfect spot for a romantic evening drink. the restaurant amazed me!!! the food was delectable, and the ambiance was so inviting. i appreciated the convenient water dispenser available on my floor. It was a thoughtful touch .
the dim lighting in the bathroom made it difficult to apply makeup properly, a small inconvenience. the sink knobs felt a little awkward to use, which proved a bit frustrating.

the restaurant features really good cuisine and a romantic atmosphere, perfect for a nice meal. i savored various dishes, all prepared with skill and care. the bar offered handcrafted cocktails in a vibrant setting, ideal for evening relaxation.

spacious room great water pressure convenient breakfast incorrect bill poor communication late checkout
I enjoyed the spacious room. The shower had great water pressure I thought. The subway was very close to the hotel too. Breakfast was delicious and convenient.
The minibar bill was incorrect upon checkout. I had to call to resolve the overcharge which took some time. The front desk staff did not communicate requests very well. I asked for a late checkout but it was not noted.
